DyStar is launching Eco-Advanced Indigo Dyeing – a process which aims to reduce water usage by up to 90% and energy consumption by up to 30% during the production process.

It is applicable in the traditional indigo traditional dyeing process for sulphur dyes and coloured denim and has already been proven to substantially reduce the effluent load in denim production.

DyStar’s eco-friendly indigo dyeing process is already recognised for helping customers deliver better consistency in quality while achieving less wastewater treatment in the effluent.

The company will be showcasing a range of processing innovations at the forthcoming ITMA exhibition in Milan from June 6-14, at stand B201 in Hall 5. They include Cadira, Dianix, Evo, Indigo, Jettex, Levafix, Procion, Remazol and more.
